Chesapeake Farm’s own Marilyn’s Guy won his second straight at Hawthorne on December 23rd, 2009.  Racing for the first time with blinkers, the grey Yonaguska gelding out of Chesapeake Farm owned Marilyn Merlot took down the field by a staggering margin of seven lengths on the dirt.

   Coming off of a win on November 22nd also at Hawthorne, the Chris Block trained three year old ran three wide from the fifth before making a steady advance and pulling away from his opponents.
